If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not use the Site or Services.These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Coaching Agreements, form a binding agreement between you and Maison 12. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.Before making any purchase, you should review these Terms carefully. It is your responsibility to print or save a copy for your records, as we do not maintain copies of your acceptance of these Terms.2. ServicesWelcome to Maison 12.We provide educational content, including, but not limited to, Coaching Sessions, Online Courses, Membership, Digital Downloads, and Merchandise (collectively, the “Services”).The availability, features, and content of these services may vary depending on the product, program, or membership purchased. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology, device compatibility, and internet connectivity to access and use the Services.If you enroll in coaching sessions, sessions must be attended at the scheduled times. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless explicitly stated. Coaching is not therapy and does not create a therapist-client relationship. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.If you enroll in a certification program, certification is granted only upon successful completion of stated requirements. We reserve the right to determine whether certification criteria have been met. Certification does not guarantee employment, income, clients, or business results. You may not represent yourself as certified unless officially approved.3. Registration DataBy registering for our program, membership, or service you warrant that:

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms prior to completing your purchase.We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any Offering that you may purchase, either individually or in a single order. Any limits may be updated at our discretion, and we may refuse to fulfill orders that exceed these limits.We do not guarantee that any Offering will be available indefinitely. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the service without notice at our sole discretion.All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. Any discounts, promotional offers, or special pricing are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at our discretion.Access to digital products or services is granted electronically to the original purchaser after a successful purchase and is provided for the duration specified at checkout. PaymentAll prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By purchasing any product, membership, service, or merchandise from us, you agree to pay the full amount indicated at the time of checkout, including any applicable sales taxes, VAT, duties, shipping fees, or other governmental charges required by law in your jurisdiction.All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the total amount due, including applicable taxes, fees, and charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order unless a payment plan or installment option is expressly offered. If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all remaining payments according to the agreed schedule. If a scheduled payment fails or is declined, we may provide a short grace period of up to five (5) business days to correct the issue. If the balance remains unpaid after the grace period, access to digital products, memberships, programs, or services may be suspended or terminated at our discretion, and the remaining balance may become immediately due. Your obligation to pay is not contingent on participation, completion, or continued access to any service.If you enroll in a recurring membership, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) until you cancel. You are responsible for canceling your subscription prior to your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before renewal.We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or transaction at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel a transaction before access is granted, any payments received will be refunded.From time to time, we may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or other information on our site or app. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with an incorrect price listing. If an order is canceled for this reason after payment has been processed, we will refund any amount paid.6. CancellationsCancellations are only permitted for recurring memberships or app subscriptions to stop future billing. All other products and services—including coaching sessions, digital downloads, online courses, and merchandise—are non-cancellable.We do not process cancellations on your behalf. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership or subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and membership fees are non-prorated; no partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations. You may cancel at any time through your account on the Maison 12 website at maison12.joinkliq.io by navigating to your Account Page and selecting “Manage Account.”Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation notice. You are responsible for retaining this confirmation as proof of cancellation in the event of any billing dispute or issue.7. Refund and ReturnsAt Maison 12, we are committed to delivering high-quality experiences, products, and resources. Due to the digital and custom nature of our offerings, all purchases are final unless otherwise expressly stated below. It is your responsibility to carefully review the terms and conditions for each product or service before purchasing.Coaching Sessions:
All coaching sessions, including single sessions, private one-on-one coaching, and group coaching programs (except where a specific guarantee applies), are non-refundable. Once enrollment or a session is confirmed, you are responsible for the full payment, regardless of participation level, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or perceived results. Payment plans for coaching sessions remain due in full according to the agreed schedule.Digital Downloads:
All digital downloads, including workbooks, templates, planners, and other downloadable resources, are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable. As these products cannot be returned, all sales are final.Memberships:
All membership fees, including monthly and annual subscriptions to the Maison 12 app, are non-refundable. Membership cancellations are permitted to stop future billing, but fees already paid are not eligible for refund. Once cancelled, access to membership content and the app will continue through the end of your current billing period. You are responsible for canceling prior to renewal to avoid future charges.Online Courses:
All online courses are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. No proof of coursework completion or implementation is required. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within the seven-day window to be considered. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not control the payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds. After the seven-day period, all sales are final.If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us in good faith to attempt resolution. Initiating a chargeback in violation of this policy constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of your acceptance of these Terms and access to purchased materials or services.Merchandise:
All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Merchandise is eligible for a refund of the purchase price within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged or defective item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once eligibility has been confirmed.8. These Terms and Conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s).

27. MiscellaneousYou may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party, and any purported attempt to do so shall be null and void.
