You are responsible for canceling your subscription prior to your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before renewal.We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or transaction at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel a transaction before access is granted, any payments received will be refunded.From time to time, we may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or other information on our site or app. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with an incorrect price listing. CancellationsCancellations are only permitted for recurring memberships or app subscriptions to stop future billing. All other products and services—including coaching sessions, digital downloads, online courses, and merchandise—are non-cancellable.We do not process cancellations on your behalf. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership or subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and membership fees are non-prorated; no partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations. You may cancel at any time through your account on the Maison 12 website at maison12.joinkliq.io by navigating to your Account Page and selecting “Manage Account.”Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation notice. You are responsible for retaining this confirmation as proof of cancellation in the event of any billing dispute or issue.7. Refund and ReturnsAt Maison 12, we are committed to delivering high-quality experiences, products, and resources. Due to the digital and custom nature of our offerings, all purchases are final unless otherwise expressly stated below. It is your responsibility to carefully review the terms and conditions for each product or service before purchasing.Coaching Sessions:
All coaching sessions, including single sessions, private one-on-one coaching, and group coaching programs (except where a specific guarantee applies), are non-refundable. Once enrollment or a session is confirmed, you are responsible for the full payment, regardless of participation level, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or perceived results. Payment plans for coaching sessions remain due in full according to the agreed schedule.Digital Downloads:
All digital downloads, including workbooks, templates, planners, and other downloadable resources, are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable. As these products cannot be returned, all sales are final.Memberships:
All membership fees, including monthly and annual subscriptions to the Maison 12 app, are non-refundable. Membership cancellations are permitted to stop future billing, but fees already paid are not eligible for refund. Once cancelled, access to membership content and the app will continue through the end of your current billing period. You are responsible for canceling prior to renewal to avoid future charges.Online Courses:
All online courses are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. No proof of coursework completion or implementation is required. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within the seven-day window to be considered. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not control the payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds. After the seven-day period, all sales are final.If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us in good faith to attempt resolution. Initiating a chargeback in violation of this policy constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of your acceptance of these Terms and access to purchased materials or services.Merchandise:
All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Merchandise is eligible for a refund of the purchase price within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error.
